031 Rough Patch Cargo Skirt

This reworked cargo shirt was made from a vintage pair of discarded bell bottom cargo pants. It’s hard wearing fabric was ruggedly stitched to give it more of a trendy grunge look.

It is also 100% durable and machine washable.
